I trust spontaneity

... and follow my joy!

I am Dani Mariano.

What is challenging about being me is that I photograph the old ways and I show up doing what I want to do believing that something very special will come out.

I will go on an adventure, if you happen to be there and I happen to have taken your shot it is because my heart tuned into you playing your truth.

I capture what real looks like, either it was beautiful or you made it to be beautiful.

It is almost like joy took your picture and I got to be there.

I get scared because of my ways to live in my art.

However I have faith and I get grounded in my joy.

I guess you could say I am committed to having faith and that more energy will come out of that.

Faith that if we follow our joy and spontaneity, the right people will be there and I will know what to do.

I will find aliveness.

The trusting opens up space to then try and figure out our sustainable pay and from figuring it out we can share with more people.

I find it important that we share the challenge of what we are up to: we fully live more from the heart finding aliveness than from logic and having a hard time doing it.

This is our reality, this is our hope and this is our contribution to the world.
